Thinking beautifully is better than being beautiful

Thinking beautifully is better than being beautiful

These lines are not mine; I won’t take the fake credit.

These lines stuck somewhere deep into my heart while reading “Hindi” textbook (my mother language) .

Sir Gopal Singh Nepali had entwined these beautiful lines in his poetry piece entitled, “SUNDAR KA DHYAAN KAHI SUNDAR”, i.e., thinking beautifully is better than being beautiful.

I was really inspired by the words, So, I m translating it in English for you all;

*******************************

From hundred black nights, your smile is much better,

From a beautiful face, the light garment of curtsy on your face is much better,

Your smile is much better.

I saw the whole world, but could get nothing; I saw you and got everything…

Rather than knowing the philosophy of life, knowing your soul mate is much better,

Your smile is much better.

When clouds growl, bee buzzes enchanting in the garden…

Nevertheless, the sweet song of a nightingale in the thorns is much better,

Your smile is much better.

The world is a big ocean, human small small boats there,

However, the adventuring boat on the highest wave of the ocean is the most beautiful.

Your smile is much better.

You are beautiful, but you never give away the pride in you…

From your heartless beauty, my passions, my dreams are much better,

Your smile is much better.

The god of heaven keeps quite, but the god of heart speaks sweet…

From these temples, mosques and churches, the god of heart (conscious) is much better,

Your smile is much better.
